TERMS & CONDITIONS
Customers
- Resledge is dedicated to supporting researchers in their research endeavours in line with their commitments. We know that the researchers’ perspectives may differ, so we provide several revisions on everything we commit as per the preliminary confirmation.
- We conduct thorough research on each topic submitted to us, and we do not sell pre-written research reports.
- The experts will be appointed within 2 hours and the work will be started within 4 hours for all shorter and longer deadline assignments.
- If we need to terminate the assignment and return the payment, we must make the request within 8 hours after receiving the project confirmation.
- Each committed assignment is granted an assignment confirmation code, which will confirm the following: Research Title, Type of Assignment, Number of Pages/Words, Committed Date, Delivery Date, etc.
- After assigning the assignment code, every conversation from you must have code in the subject line to track the same.
- If your targeted journal/university/department has certain formatting and referencing standards, you must deliver them to us during the assignment confirmation process.
Payment terms
After commitment, you have to make the payment. Once we get the payment from your end, we will immediately start your assignment. You can make your payment via bank transfer, PayPal, UPI, etc.
Deliverables
We assure you that we will share with you the draft document within 5 days for all kinds of your commitments.
Refunds/Cancellations
In terms of our refund policy, we examine each request individually to determine the reasons behind the request. Please be aware that we may require documentation from you to support your refund request. Within the Refund Period, your refund request will be processed in accordance with these Terms.
In the following circumstances, we will fully return your payment:
- There is no assigned expert for this project. Within four hours of confirmation, a Writer will be assigned to the assignment. You can cancel your assignment and receive a full refund before it is assigned to an expert.
- The assignment has been confirmed and not started. Within 2 hours of assignment confirmation, you can cancel your assignment and receive a refund.
- The process of refund taking 5 to 7 working days for credit the amount to the customers bank account.
No refund is possible in the following cases:
- Refunds are not available for projects that have a deadline of less than or equal to 48 hours.
- If the assignment has been allocated to the writing expert and the work has begun, there will be no return.
- You will not be able to request a refund after receiving the completed work; however, we offer several revisions based on your supervisor’s feedback.
